Payroll Administrator

Our Client requires a Payroll Administrator to administer payroll for clients in multiple jurisdictions.

Duties will include , Processing applications to set up new employees, updating records with relevant tax authorities , entering timesheets, sending payroll approval files to clients, entering pension contributions to various pension providers, handling payroll related queries form clients and employees via telephone and email, developing and maintaining key internal and external relationships.

Desirable Skills /Experience required are, Payroll or other financial services administration experience, as part of the application process you will be asked to complete a verbal reasoning test and a numerical reasoning test. Achieving a minimum of the 50th centile in both of these when scored administrators is essential.
